Professional Experience:
An experienced criminal litigator, Mr. Hurley concentrated his practice almost exclusively on Municipal, State, and Criminal Litigation.  With experience dating back to 1972, Mr. Hurley is well versed in all areas of Criminal Law, from minor traffic infractions to major felonies; at all stages of litigation, including arraignment, plea bargaining, pre-trial motions, and post-trial sentencing.  He also has extensive experience at the Appellate Level and in the Federal Courts.  While no longer in active practice, Mr. Hurley provides counsel on criminal matters to Christopher Pannozzo and Jeffrey Moncher.
